In addition to dispute resolution for individual issues we offer assistance and work within companies to help them recognise where their internal processes and procedures can benefit from an ADR/mediation approach.

 

Northwest Mediation will work with management, internal HR and employment departments to set up, implement and monitor those approaches to add value to the business by reducing the time and effort expended on internal conflicts.

An initial assessment will involve a review of your organisation's disciplinary and grievance procedures followed by an analyses of whether these are working, suitable and cost effective.

 

This is followed by a recommendation and discussion of how and where a mediation approach can assist.

Where changes are agreed upon we will assist in their implementation and monitoring and will review them at agreed regular intervals
