Northwest Mediation offers mediation in any business dispute, and all family and personal disputes including those involving children and divorce where a MIAM is required.

Northwest Mediation can also assist with inheritance disputes, arguments with the council, landlord and tenant issues, as well as offering drafting and mediation consultancy services.

A MIAM is the first step in your family mediation we have same day bookings and can see you at the weekend or in the evening.

But I only have one issue

Not all mediations at Northwest Mediation involve multiple issues; some revolve around a single matter: a debt; an access request; or unfinished work. 

 

In these circumstances Northwest Mediation can offer a telephone mediation service, where those involved never meet but an agreement is put in place during a series of phone calls.

 

Fees for this type of mediation can be lower so call us and ask for a quote for a telephone mediation.
